Application Hangs at Login

After pressing "OK", application hangs:
  1. Verify that application is properly authenticating
    1. Type known invalid credentials
    2. Application should respond with an authentication error
      1. If no response, verify machine can access Active Directory authentication source
  2. Verify SQL native client is installed
    1. Go to Control Panel\Administrative Tools\Data Sources (ODBC)
    2. Click Add
    3. Look for the driver "SQL Native Client" (near bottom of list)
    4. Cancel
    5. Install the SQL Native Client if missing from list found at:
      http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=50b97994-8453-4998-8226-fa42ec403d17&DisplayLang=en
      1. http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/7/c/27c60d49-6dbe-423e-9a9e-1c873f269484/sqlncli.msi for x86
      2. http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/7/c/27c60d49-6dbe-423e-9a9e-1c873f269484/sqlncli_x64.msi for x64
